Four nineteen year old lads from Preston who have been together since June 2007, The Carletons are an alternative indie rock band who have packed a lot into the last two years. December 2007 - Band of the Week on Annie Macs Radio 1 Switch show April 2008 - Signed one single deal with End of the Trail Records with promo video and 10 date UK tour to promote “Bet Your Last Tenner” release May 2008 - Supported The Subways at 53 Degrees in Preston August 2008 – UK Tour and “ Bet Your Last Tenner” single release September 2008 - Recorded live performance of “Stop Now” for MUTV shown Worldwide September 2008 – Supported Hot Club de Paris at 53 Degrees in Preston October 2008 - Recorded 3 track demo with 2Fly Studios in Sheffield November 2008 – Supported The Foxes at The Attic in Accrington January 2009 - Runners Up on MUTV Battle of the Bands 2008 February 2009 - Headlined own gig at 53 Degrees in Preston February 2009 - Played Skins Party Supporting Fran and Josh and Paper Heroes February 2009 - Band of the week on XFM Uploaded February 2009 - 2nd appearance as Houseband of the Week on Radio 1's Switch with Annie Mac and Nick Grimshaw April 2009 - Back to 2Fly to record three new songs - their best yet!
