The Bunglers, a Dutch techno/house/electro producer collaboration between DJ M.R.T.N and Robin Z. from Haarlem/Arnhem have been inspired by house grooves over almost 20 years now. Discovering house music in the late ‘80’s, their love for house awakened, while it immediately was touching their soul. They taped the best songs they could find on local radio stations on there tape decks and by doing so, they adsorbed flavours of various house artists throughout the years. It was surprisingly only 9 years ago, when MRTN got actively involved with housemusic, when he bought his first set of turntables. Starting off by buying records from Dutch artists such as Angelo, Steve Rachmad, Dimitri and Remy, he developed a style best described by an explosive mix of house, tech house, tribal and techno sounds. M.r.t.n has been doing dj contests throughout the country over the past year. He was getting all the credits when he was able to reach the final of the Dommelsch TWSTD dj contest. In this contest 160 DJs competed in 80 rounds for one of the eagerly wanted spots in the final round of the TWSTd DJ contest. After a few years of spinning records, he was also able to make music by himself. Due to some good equipment and a great technical developing, the Bunglers are able to make their groovy, dirty sound they always wanted.
