The Bodhi-Beat Poets were a British synth pop band of the 1980s. The group's name is sometimes spelled as Bodhi Beat Poets, but The Bodhi-Beat Poets appears on most of their record sleeves and is therefore the preferred spelling. Led by lyricist Craig Runyon, The Bodhi-Beat Poets released two albums: Baltimore (1984) and White Light (1987). On the first, Runyon was assisted by musicians David Harrow, Ian Caple and Chris Stacly; on the second Harrow and Stacly had disappeared, a number of other musicians helping Runyon instead.
