The Black and Dangerous was formed in Bandung, Indonesia in May 2010 and disbanded in September 2012. The name "The Black and Dangerous" comes from a description of the "Night". From the cultural aspects, night is often associated with danger and evil, because of the psychological connection of night's all-encompassing darkness to the "fear of the unknown" and darkness's obstruction of a major sensory system. Humans are and have been daylight creatures for at least several million years, and nighttime is naturally associated with the vulnerability and danger for human physical survival. Criminals, animals, and other potential dangers can be concealed by darkness. Darkness, doubt, ignorance, and uncertainty usually associated with "black" in English heraldry. The Black and Dangerous is a pleonastic phrase to define the "Night", night that the band's always associated it with the world they lived in - the world we lived in - , the world that full of evilness and dangers. Band's History: At the very beginning, The Black and Dangerous consisted of the former members of Jimi Gimme, Denny Setiadi (Vocals), Bob Edrian (Lead Guitar), Heri Mulyana aka Sonson (Drums). Jimi Gimme was Formed in 2008 and disbanded in April 2010. In May 2010, Wawan Lazy Mary (Bass Guitar) and Dimas Dwinovanto (Guitar) then joined the band to complete the lineup.
