The Belvedere Heartache was a post-hardcore/progressive rock band from Bendigo, Australia, formed in October 2008. Hailing from the murky depths of the Bendigo music scene, armed with a sound as tenacious as their will to push themselves to new exciting borders. The Belvedere Heartache have shared the stage with fellow Australian up-and-comings, Forgiven Rival, The Bright Star Alliance, The Storm Picturesque, Lights In Atlantis, Drawing influences ranging from the subtle, soothing ambience of the likes of Closure In Moscow, to the aggressive, melodic roar of the American metalcore scene, The Belvedere Heartache are forever crafting their sound while striving for new stores of inspiration to share with their sole purpose, the audience. 2009 will see The Belvedere Heartache performing across Australia while writing and recording their debut EP. Over the few months the band has been together, The Belvedere Heartache have accumulated a widespread but devoted following of fans.
