Francis Dolarhyde were a 6-piece experimental hardcore/metalcore band hailing from Melbourne, Australia. Since officially forming mid 2007, Francis Dolarhyde have been through many line-up changes to ensure that we have the appropriate determination and skill to deliver a tight and energetic performance, and to be able to write quality music. With influences varying from Norma Jean to Daft Punk, Francis Dolarhyde aim to blend a wide range of music into one creative package with epic choruses, chaotic breakdowns and thrashy vocals all accompanied by smooth synthetic keys. In 2007 they released their demo and in 2008 they released their first professional EP titled 'Viaears' and made it downloadable. On Thursday, August 21, 2008, the band announced their break up via their Myspace. Some of the members went on to play in Dream On Dreamer.
