The Austrasian Goat started as a funerary doom & black metal project that has since mutated from it’s constrained genetics into a shapeless entity. The Austrasian Goat is french musician/guitarist Julien Louvet. In a soundscape where shadows dance, threatening and beautiful, channeling spectral dirges and embracing hypnotic structures. It is in these cathedrals of sound that The Austrasian Goat ventures. Traveling between Brian Eno's Lovecraftian On Land, the metal and flesh machines of Inade, and the mysticism of Isis.
