Tehran Vocal Ensemble was founded in winter 2005 by Mr. Milad Omranloo. The first year of this group s activity mostly included practicing and performing classical and folkloric songs which were accompanied by a piano. The first performance of this group was in June 2006 at "Andisheh Hall" . Inviting Mr. Omranloo to conduct the choral ensemble of "Bahman Farhangsara (performing arts center)" lead to a joint performance by this group and his at "Fadjr Festival 2006" at "Rudaki Hall". This performance was very well received from the audience. The concert started with two joint parts (a choral by J.S. Bach and a folkloric song) and was followed by 5 other songs that were individually performed by Tehran Vocal Ensemble. The parts were: "Air from the Orchestral suite in G major (J.S. Bach)", "Yesterday (The Beatles)" and three folkloric songs. A new season was opened for Tehran Vocal Ensemble by omitting instruments (singing A Cappella) and singing orchestral and instrumental pieces. The first concert of this group, took place in August 2007 at "Rudaki Hall" after 5 months of constant practice. All pieces were performed by the new system (omitting instruments). The concert consisted of songs such as "2nd movement of New World symphony (Dvorak)", "Valse Triste (Jean Sibelius)", "Love Song Suite (Loris Tjeknavorian)", "Fugue in C sharp minor (J.S. Bach)", "Goodnight (Paul McCartney)" and etc. After this successful concert, the group continue it s activity by performing in "Classical
