Peyman Yazdanian was born in 1969 in Tehran. He started learning the piano at the age of 6 and continued with his master Farman Behbud up to the advanced level. At the age of 12, he started taking harmony and composition lessons from Plus Khofri. He has taken part in a few master classes of Austrian professor Gerhard Gretchleger from the conservatory of Vienna and Professor Ernest Hozel from the conservatory of Graz and he has also taken an advanced stage course in Marseille with Professor Ginette Gaubert. He has taken a few Conducting lessons with Iradj Sahbai (The conductor of Strazburg-Shiltigheim Orchstra). He has had many concerts both as a soloist and an accompanist. Taking part in the international piano competition, Concour Musical de France (CMF) held in 2000, he won the first prize and afterwards he had a recital in the French University, Ecole National Superior de Telecommunication (E.N.S.T). A year before he had won the second prize in the same competition (CMF). As a composer, he has written more than forty pieces for the piano and some of them have been performed in Paris.
