There have been at least two groups called Teachers Pet: 1) Teacher’s Pet were a short-lived pop-punk band from Ohio that existed in the late 1970’s. They formed in 1977. and only released one single before subsequently breaking up in 1980. They also recorded an unreleased album in 1979., which was finally released in 2008. for Smog Veil Records. 2) Teachers Pet were a San Diego based bubble gum/ glam group. they release one single, "Jenny Super Teen" on Flapping Jet records in 2001.
