Sueño Digviana was formed in 1993 under the name "Silent Journey" and singing in English with strong influences of grunge. Alfredo Kaegi, Fernando Revilla, Jaime Rojas and Daniel Bali not discouraged the language barriers and were only convinced to create original music. In 1995, the group made its turn towards the spanish and assumes a new identity by becoming a trio with the integration of Diego Henriquez and the departure of Ferdinand and Daniel. With the addition of Alexander Rose on bass in 1997, the group begins to occur in the rock tradition bars: Backstreet, D'Barro, La Mina, La Casita del Pueblo and Zanzibar. Areas where the youth would find an escape from the conservatism and enjoy the music of Requiem, half +1, Ecos de Dioses, Sol Caracol and Azul Revolver, bands that formed a bold move of Alternative Rock and never before seen in the country. In 1997, Alfredo Kaegi (vocals and guitar), Jaime Rojas (drums), Diego Henríquez (guitar) and Alejandro Rosa (bass)) made the first record of his music, some argue, had become the most interesting proposal of the alternative movement. The result was a mini-demo that the band distributed in various radio stations. The songs: Cadena T.V., Casi un Himno, La Más Nueva Aun, Casiopea e Insectos, sounded like creative, sensitive and fearless rock, eager to create their own identity.
