Stalin vs. Band, formerly known as the Roosters, formed in 2007 in Dresden, Germany. Later that same year, they released the 8-Song EP “chaotic incendiary prog-punk soundtracks”. The line-up of Stefan Büttner, Colin Murphy, Hendrik Rosenkranz, Fabian Rost and Stefan Schönbach has remained stable since 2007. In 2008 followed the split single “Natch” (with fellow Dresdeners the Kid Shelleens) and 2011 will see the release of their debut album “I have TOO MUCH BLOOD”.
