South Atlantic is a rock / alternative band from New Smyrna Beach, FL. The band consists of five members Colby Sumner-vocals / piano, Ross Granger-guitar / vocals, Keith Sumner-guitar / vocals, Taylor Buck-drums. Colby the lead singer and piano player just got back from a combat deployment to Iraq with the United States Marine Corps as an infantryman. While in Iraq Colby spoke with the other members of South Atlantic and they decided when he got back they would record their debut EP "The Color of Sound", which is to be released sometime in mid August. The band came together and made the music and now they are ready to show the world who they are.
