Song Preservation Society is an alt-folk trio known for their stirring vocal harmonies, prolific songwriting, and charismatic live performances. Often compared to Crosby, Stills, & Nash, The Beach Boys, Paul Simon, Fleet Foxes, Mumford and Sons, and Bon iver, SPS delivers a sound that is timeless. Bandmates Daniel Wright, Ethan Glazer, and Trevor Bahnson met at Berklee College of Music in Boston, where they immediately connected on a musical and personal level. They formed a small community of musicians who eagerly gathered everyday at a loft in the Back Bay of Boston, experimenting, playing music non-stop and forming various projects. Two years later, having found all that they needed in Boston, they re-located to California’s bay area, where they lived together, sang together, wrote songs and officially began "Song Preservation Society." By 2010, the project had taken on a life of its own with a rapidly growing fan base, a large repertoire of original songs, and a beautiful live show experience. The members of Song Preservation Society currently reside inLos Angeles, CA, and have recently released their second EP "Ready Room" available now.
