Girlband fromNL (The Hague). Three girls who joined forces to create a powerful way of making their own kickass pop/rock music. Creativily the SOCKS are inseparable, because they share a bond of musical expertise that cannot be broken. They write, compose and play their own songs in small settings across different venues in the Netherlands. There is no other way to describe the music that the SOCKS make other then calling it Kick ass Pop/Rock. Its a combination of melodies and vocals with some sprinkles of independent girl power to top it off. Once you have fed your ears with Sockrock as the girls call it, you will quickly memorize the lyrics and the melody will be stuck in your head. The media describes their music as charming, ambitious, fresh and happy, but most of all radiofriendly. The music that the girls have produced up until now are a reflection of their everyday life and experiences.
