It formed in April 2002. It was named after the song by Pavement. Latest Line-up: Boris Belov (guitar), Fedor Dmitriev (vocal, guitar), Sergey Bogatov (bass), Eugene Frankevich (guitar, keyboards), Sergey Bolotin (drums, percussion). Discography: - Silence Kit (LP, 2002) - Pieonear (LP, 2004) - The Great Red Spot (LP, 2007) - Triumph Of The Light (Single, 2012) - Sedna (EP, 2013) - Supernova (EP, 2014) Everything started when Andrey Gavrilov (keyboards, ex-guitarist and vocalist of Mosty) and Sergey Bogatov (bass, ex-Squash) joined the britpop Dairy High band (Boris Belov, Grigoriy Alexanyan and Fedor Dmitriev). In February, 2003 Grigoriy Alexanyan (drums) left the band. Sergei Ledovski from Lumeny replaced him. At the end of year 2002 the band self-released and distributed for free the debut album Silence kit. In summer 2003 professional violoncellist Yaroslav Kovalev joined, and Andrey Gavrilov left in autumn. In May, 2004 the band self-released its second album Pieonear. During years 2004-2005 SK was mainly in concerts: it opened by its performance first Avant festival, went on tours (Nizhiy Novgorod, Tver, Saint-Petersburg).
