Shirin Delsooz is a Persian-Canadian musician based in Montreal whose influences range from alternative to traditional music. Shirin combines her Persian heritage and inspirations ranging from Celtic, Quebecois and Bluegrass genres into her songs. After getting a B.A. in Communication Studies from Concordia University, she made a full commitment to music. She increased her repertoire in traditional music and played actively at Irish and Quebecois sessions.
