(2010-Present) Straight out of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania comes Shapes Inspired by Design. An experimental ambient instrumental duo blasting creative music straight out of a Carrick basement. You could basically describe this two piece collaboration as "Two Dudes and a Laptop". Growing up around the 3 rivers area these two guys came together to create music reminiscent of "Explosions in the Sky" and "God Is an Astronaut" SIBD recently released their first demo titled "Palindromes" in late 2010 on Myspace. Working continuously to perfect their sound, Shapes Inspired by Design is looking to release even more music in the near future. More to come later.
