Formed in Los Angeles in 1999, The Sake Sushi Orchestra has had an undeniable effect on the current swell of what is being coined, Impo-core. A cross breed of improvisational fuzoid rhythms blended with the bluesy raucus tones of powerhouse 60's garage rock. While The Ork, as fans know them, may not have invented the genre, what sets them apart is their ability to convey lyrical depth without singing a single word.
