Rosie Bennet (April 15th 1996 in London) is an English classical guitarist. Known for her expressive playing, engaging storytelling, and effortless charm, Rosie Bennet has joined the Sony classical label ahead of her highly anticipated debut release. Bennet began her musical journey at the age of eleven, when she was awarded a scholarship, funded by The Rolling Stones, to attend the Yehudi Menuhin School. Since then, she has performed at major festivals and concert halls around the world, captivating audiences with her distinctive artistry and wide-ranging musical tastes. Now based in Belgium, Bennet brings a global perspective to her work, having lived in the UK, the USA, and the Netherlands. Fluent in English, Dutch, and French, she is as comfortable on stage as she is behind the microphone. Her popular podcast series ‘Fret Not’, which she both hosts and produces, has featured many prominent guests including Derek Gripper, Sir Brian May, Irina Kulikova and Jason Vieaux.
