Robert Cohen-Solal, born 1943, is a French composer in the electro-acoustic/Musique Concrete tradition. He worked at the Groupe de recherches musicales (GRM). Much to his frustration he is mostly known as the composer for the soundtrack of the popular French animation series Les Shadoks (1968 - 1974), on which he worked together with his brother Jean Cohen-Solal who provided flute music and the voice for the main character.
