Midlife crises, idle instruments, empty nests, and an interest in music performance motivated this Norris, Tennessee band to get together in 1997. In November of 2001, Retrospect (TN) released their CD entitled Spirit Is a-Movin'. After a short break from performance, the band is back together with a primary focus on Americana and Alternative Folk.
