Reflectiostack was formed in 1995 as a duo of the rhythmic strums of Kirsty Andrews' guitar and the dirgy tones of Fiona Stewart's violin. Their duo often expands to include bass, drums, piano, and even trumpet. Their music can be tentatively located in an on-going dialogue between minimalism, folk, jazz, and post-rock. Both their albums "Bull Ring Boys" (1998) and "Music For Torching" (2005) were recorded at The Gas Station in Toronto and released independently.
