Qyphé Ysmymy Imrishka Koroshec-Yana is an American rapper, singer, songwriter, and producer based in Paris, Texas. She was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia and is of Russian and Portuguese descent. Qyphé Ysmymy began creating music in late 2018, debuting with the hit Christmas single "Peppermint Stick," followed up by "Santa Baby (Extended Version)” released in early 2019. She has collaborated with artists such as €urrent$y and Little MC, frequent collaborators of hers, as well as Gina Moan'Nique and JuiceBae. Her musical influences include Rasheeda, Trina, Gangsta Boo, and Jacki-O, among others. After the release of hit songs "Peppermint Stick," "Ode To Jesus," and the smash 2019 single "Wet," she announced the release of her debut album Sexplicit which arrived in September 2020. Sexplicit was supported by five singles over the course its two year rollout: "Wet," "Strip" featuring producer and rapper €urrent$y, "Grindin'," "Yum Yum Sauce," and "(I Like The Way U) Put That Thang On Me." Following the release of her debut album, Qyphé Ysmymy announced a full-length Christmas album titled "Christmas Memoirs," which was supported by "Peppermint Stick" and her 2019 Christmas singles and featured the fan favorite tracks "Christmas Kisses" with Gina Moan'Nique, "Baby It's Cold Outside" with Little MC, and "Winter Wonderland (All Night Long)," which served as the album's final single.
