Pressure Makes Diamonds were a four-piece progressive rock band hailing from Whitby, Ontario. They formed on December 9th of 2008 while attending university. Featuring the upbeat drumming of Dan Leduc, the progressive and aggressive guitar work by Mike Davies, the soothing and bubbly bass of Chris Panacci, and multifarious Vocals by Taylor Spears, Pressure Makes Diamonds released Volume 1 and 2 of their music and disbanded in 2012 to pursue other projects.
