about

Pierre Blondeau (fl. 1st half of the 16th century). He was a Parisian musician active in the capital from at least 1506 about whom little is known beyond some records of his work as a singer and scribe in the Sainte-Chapelle and the Chapel Royal, and that he was a “joueurs d’instruments” (instrumentalist). It is likely that he collaborated with Attaingnant on his collections of dance music. User-contributed text is available under the Creative Commons By-SA License; additional terms may apply.
