I don't claim to be an expert, but I can offer a few bits of info. Pewep In the Formats has an album called "Breakfast In Ameritronica". J. Ashley Miller, vocalist and probable producer of most of the music for Pewep In the Formats is a reasonably well known character around the Kansas City area. Other projects in which he has played a role include: SSION, J. Ashley Miller and the Golden Calves, Jametone (or maybe it's EVOLOVE, I'm not sure what it's called, some variation on these names, I'm reasonably sure), and maybe Snuff Jazz, or at least he does some stuff with the big bear guy.
