It's been said that every artist is a link in a chain. Pascal Labillois was influenced by Melissa Etheridge, who adored Bruce Springsteen, who followed Woody Guthrie. Each of these artists have explored the lives of everyday, ordinary people -- struggling to succeed in work and love – and expressed their kinship with passion, through a guitar-based, roots-rock sound and strong, bluesy vocals. Labillois continues that tradition, marrying a time-tested, classic rock-pop style with his contemporary lyrical take on modern life and relationships. The Quebec native first picked up a guitar at the age of 12.
