Bryce “The Purple Caeser” Aubrey and Kevin “The Last Lonely Eagle” Corcoran started Oy Vey in 2010, back when Kevin was still living in Chicago. They made "Botanical Curiosity" and "Recession Girls" in Kevin’s one bedroom apartment, then eventually Kevin moved to New York, where they now hang out in pubs. In 2012 they finally started performing live, and Corey “The Shocker” Leiderman joined the band on the guitar.
