Artist
Novak's Chapel was founded in 1967 by Erwin Novak, Walla Mauritz, Peter Travnicek and Helge Thor. In the years 1968 and 1969, the band released a single out each. 1970 guitarist Helge Thor from Paul Brown Steiner was replaced on guitar and 1971 should see the debut album, which was never published. After that it was quiet around the band until in 1977 reported back with a live EP, the 1978 LP Naked followed. The hope in the wake of punk to be successful, however, broke very soon and even in 1978 was probably the last concert of the band in SO36 in Berlin instead. 1979 you published nor EP fuel for 80 years and shortly after the band split officially.
