Nod Nod is a South Bohemian post-metal band from Jindřichův Hradec, Czech Republic. The band put together after one common jam session in 2010. They all realized the feel of sound of each member is very similar. Their current songs were mostly composed on first jams and now they are being played in nearly unchanged versions. The band has a D.I.Y. attitude and all the songs they are composing, are the act of joint improvisation and natural progression. In their music you can hear ifluences of noise rock, sludge metal, ambient, country or even trip-hop. The band's self-titled debut album Nod Nod was released in July 2014. The original lineup: Veronika Buriánkova - vocals; David Zeman - guitars, backing vocals; Václav Slavík - guitars; Petr Hromádka - bass; Vít Heřmánek - drums.
