Nine Miles is a one member reggae "band" started by 真鍋吉明(Manabe Yoshiaki), the guitarist of the pillows. The name Nine Miles comes from the name of the town in which Bob Marley grew up in Jamaica. 真鍋 draws influence from reggae legend Bob Marley to build his own unique reggae sound. 真鍋's constant use of reverbs, electronic effects, horns, among others are what give him is incredibly unique sound.
