Nick Wan Nation is a solo project from Nick Wan. Nick Wan is a student at Sonoma State University studying biology. His latest EP, entitled "The Christmas EP" was released November 2007. Wan switched from his classic solo acoustic sound to a more band oriented sound. This is a far step from the pseudocult release of "I Actually Wrote Lyrics". A full length is due out sometime in 2008 says label 402 Productions. In the off time, Wan plays in a myriad of bands: Bare Knuckle Boxing, Giant Octopus, A FLOOD... Of pagoda tears, as well as the lesser known self-named solo act which contains no NWN favored songs but rather a mix of more seriously based songs which are usually demos for Bare Knuckle Boxing. As well as playing music, Wan has taken part in producing and mixing for DJ Giant Octopus (aka Ryan Tamborski) and Eddie Cuddy. Wan has also helped produce songs for short lived Sonoma County based bands and is frequently contacted by the like.
