Nehëmah was a French black metal band from 1992 to 2015 who have released three full length albums: 'Light of a Dead Star', 'Shadows from the Past' and 'Requiem Tenebrae', two demos: 'Light of a Dead Star' and 'Nehëmah', one split 7" EP with Vultyr, and one live album: 'In November Live...'. The demo and full length of the same name share some of the same songs but have different tracks between the two that make them separate each. NEHËMAH is a "Black Metal" project born the 31st October 1992. The only one demo "Light of a Dead Star" (1995), recorded with Eligor (guitars) is the fruit of nightmares and dark entities who haunt Corven. The convictions of the band were to stay underground, so only 166 copies were distributed. After this, Corven stopped the project for personal reasons... It's only in the autumn 2000 that the band can guarantee a return potentially as silky musically, but with an inner power unshakeable. Eligor was replaced by Nocturnos, Dargon as drummer, and Corven assured the bass and the vocals. In march 2001, some titles of the 95's demo were recorded again with a better sound nearby some French labels. In the middle of summer 2001, the arrival of Sorghal reinforce the guitars lines for the birth of the album "Light of a Dead Star". While the recording of "Shadows From the Past..."
