Necromantik Sunshine is a Gothic / Industrial / Punk (or electro-death as they define it) band from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States. The band was formed in 1997 with Brian Bordello on Lead Vocals, Programs, Guitars, Bass, Percussion & Electronics with a vision to create a Death-Electropunk Horror sound. Being very influenced off of bands like The Misfits, Christian Death, and The Damned, he was joined by John Begley (Live not on Evil, I Will I) on Backing Vocals & Bass; Adian Caine (aka Glen Strange) on Guitars and co-writing, playing at various venues in the Philadelphia/New York area such as John's Dark Corner at Ulana's, Upstairs at Nick's, the beloved CBGB's (Alchemy) in NYC, The Upstage at Revival, The Bank , Bar Noir, The Trocadero, Club Space, the Khyber, and several Futurists Coalition fetish events (Vesago). They continued to include other members Ben Nam (Dead City Psychos, The Mongols and Red Wax) on guitar; Tito Altomar( E.V.P., I Will I) on Guitars & Soundscapes; Musa Kramney (In studio) on backing vocals; Dave Falciani (Oko Jumo) on Engineering Electronics & Programs, Lenifer 6 on synth, and currently Midnight 666 on bass and vocals. They reached success by Spring of 2000, opening for the east coast leg of Gitane Demone's (formerly of Christian Death) "Stars of Trash Tour 2000" and signed a record deal with Cyberware Productions.
