Nadide Sultan Yonat (born November 15, 1976, in Istanbul, Turkey) is a multifaceted Turkish artist known for her contributions to pop, arabesque, and Turkish classical music. With a career spanning over two decades, she has made her mark as a singer, actress, radio host, and academic. Raised in Istanbul with roots in Konya, Nadide Sultan’s musical journey began early. She attended Üsküdar Musiki Cemiyeti during her school years and performed in local bars with a music group she formed with friends. Her vocal talents quickly caught the attention of established artists like Emel Sayın, Coşkun Sabah, and Fatih Ürek, for whom she later worked as a backing vocalist. Her debut album Vuslat’a Beş Kala was released in 1997, launching a successful music career that includes seven studio albums and numerous singles. Notable works include Tutuldum (1999), Hayat Aşktan Yana (2012), and her recent singles “Ona Söyle” (2023) and “Yüreğimde Yara Var” (2024). She has also written and composed many of her own songs, showcasing her lyrical and musical depth.
