Namco Tales Studio Ltd. was a game music development team formed in 2003 to create music for the Tales series of video games. The members were composers Motoi Sakuraba (桜庭統), Hibiki Aoyama (青山響, an alias of Shinji Tamura 田村信二), Takeshi Arai 新井武, and Hiroshi Tamura (田村宏史). The unit was absorbed into Bandai Namco Games Inc. (later known as Bandai Namco Studio Inc.) in 2012. Together they created music for Tales of Rebirth (2005), Tales of the Abyss (2006), Tales of the Tempest (2007), Tales of Destiny (2007), Tales of Symphonia (2008), Tales of Vesperia (2008), Tales of Hearts (2008), Tales of the World (2009), Tales of Graces (2010), Tales of Phantasia (2010), and Tales of Xillia (2011).
