There are two bands with the name Midget one from Britain and one from Australia. Australia - mostly known for their time in the late 90's, Midget were a heavy, indie, alternative band originally from Brisbane. Later based in Sydney the band stopped performing in 2000 only to begin again in mid 2007. More information available at Myspace. http://www.myspace.com/midgetsounds Britain - Britpop band formed in Stamford in the mid nineties. A three piece band made up of Richard Gombault, Andy Hawkins and Lee Major. Signed to Radar Records in 1996. The band released a series of singles and EPs throughout 1996 and 1997, which ended up released as a compilation named 'Alco-Pop'. The band's debut album 'Jukebox' followed and included previously released singles and some new songs.
