Polish thrash metal band from Wrocław. It was formed in summer of 2009 by five musicians: Paweł „Dudu” Dudziak (vocals), Adrian „Mleko” Klim (guitars), Michał „Rump” Winiarczyk (guitars), Grzesiek Tomczyk (bass) and Krzysiek Makuch (drums). They were playing songs of their favourite artists and their own 3 compositions: Roads, If There’d Be No Tommorow and The Enemy (music - Michał, Adrian, lyrics - Adrian, Paweł). In September, band replaced Krzysiek with Michał „Szyna” Szymański and started to play music constantly written by Mleko. Under pressure from Paweł and Michał, Grzesiek was forced to leave the band. The new bass player was Piotrek. Until then, 8 songs were complete. The end of November was a major breakthrough for Melter. Mleko decided to dispense Paweł from the band. In effect, Michał and Piotrek chose to leave the band. Adrian became lead vocalist/guitarist and Grzesiek Tomczyk gladly returned to the group. Band was playing as a trio since then. In February, Michał Kościółek joined Melter. Moreover and the band started it's underground career. Melter played it's first concert in local pub called Exodus at the day of 27th March. They played their own songs and some covers (in following order): First Strike, Act of War, The Enemy, Acuse the World!, Black Sunrise (Kreator cover), Roads, Tormentor (Kreator cover), Seek & Destroy (Metallica cover), Everyone and 3 of them as bonus for special ask of audience.
