Artist
There are (at least) 2 artists using this name: 1) A nineteen year old, florida based, new transplant to longmont colorado. this young genius has tramped his way through drum core as a french horn leader and master in all instruments he touches, specializing in guitar, bass, and just about anything, obviously, singing. recording with former bandmates, in the once, caveot emptour, this fresh young mind blends the taste of heart ache and sorrow and the craft of a trained musician to yield an exceptionally moving depth the ears must pause and let the soul listen. 2) A British artist/singer/songwriter, born 1948, who released two orchestral progressive pop albums, 'Matthew Ellis' and 'Am I?', at EMI records in the early 70s. A self-titled American release selected tracks from both discs. Later in the '70s he recorded a further LP as Obie Clayton, before turning to a career as a literary editor. He published two novels under his actual name, Michael Cox, in the years shortly before his death on March 31 2009.
