Matt Diamond was born in a small town in Strood, Kent, in the August Of 1980. He spent his childhood loving music until the age of 17 when he began singing just for fun to start with and then in later years in 2004, at the age of 24, young Matthew joined his father's band Zebedee as a lead singer for four years. He also played the Bongo/Congo Drums & Percussion instruments. Then he later moved on as a Drummer to support his father who was then a man of Advancing Years and finally leaving after his father died in the August Of 2008 to pursue a solo career touring Africa to sell out crowds in English Tourist Taverns singing all the classic hits from Elvis Presley right through to Ronan Keating with every classic song in between.
