Mateo Peñalba Ramos (? - Segorbe, June 10, 1714; fl. 1681-1714) was a Spanish composer and master of a chapel. The origins of maestro Peñalba are unknown. On April 12, 1684, the chapel master Miguel Monchiu Panzano - also as Monjiu Panzano - died, with whom Peñalba had been collaborating until then.
