Mary Elise is slowly climbing in the unsigned world of music, but even more so, she is helping to spread good news. What good news you ask?? She firmly believes in the truth that there is a God of love and forgiveness. She also believes that she is saved from eternity in Hell, thanks to her Savior Jesus Christ. He died on the cross for not only her sins but anyone who will believe. She is only capable of spreading this news through music and her testimony through the abundant grace of God. “His mercies are new every morning.” Thanks the Lord for that! We all fall short, but thankfully there is new mercy and forgiveness when you confess your sins and failures. Mary Elise has a story many can relate to. She hopes to use the gifts and time God allows her to reach out to many across the world. Her heart has a burden for the young people, especially the young girls that face the pressures of this world. She knows what they come up against in today’s society, but she also knows how to turn away and say no to the things that can destroy you. Instead of turning to sex, drugs, alcohol, and many other influences, to find her self-worth, she turned to God and let Him guide her steps. Finding her way to Him, to let Him heal the hurts and help her forgive wasn’t easy; but she’s finding more and more every day that it is worth it.
