Anything I say about Libby can and will be used against her. I believe that the most important thing you could be told about her is that she has a heart after God. She loves to share her ideas and thoughts with whomever happens to be available at the moment. Whether it is through a song or an encouraging word her message is clear. "Each of us have been given many gifts from God himself. He has placed a desire in our hearts to pursue our dreams but most people stay stuck in their excuses. Get out of the way and leave your excuses in His very capable hands! " Libby is no stranger to disappointment and sorrow at age nine she and her two siblings were abandoned by their Mom. Growing up in Minnesota and later Wisconsin with her Dad and step-mom (who never wanted to talk about Mom) was difficult. "Having your Mom leave and then not being able to talk to anyone about it was like torture." It has been 28 years since Libby's Mom left and the two have not yet reconciled. "Their have been a couple of times in my life that I thought that God would reunite us but it hasn't happened yet and so I try not to dwell on it." Libby lives in Maine with her husband Russ of 12 years and her two boys Hayden (9) and Liam (7) after semi-retiring from Fedex after 15 years Libby became a stay home mom. She is also the grooviest Avon lady around! If you ever get the chance to meet her make sure you have some time on your hands, she'll talk your ear off ! (but she is rather funny) lol User-contribu
