Australian band Möth channel a raw, live energy into their human/moth music. Their sound is a blend of experimental rock and metal, drenched in fuzz, modulation and time based effects. University friends Ed and Phil spent more time talking about music than doing their course work and eventually started playing music together. After moving into a share house, they formed a band with family friend Zac. Once Ben joined as a drummer, Moth began playing live acts in late 2023. Their debut release, 'Möth,' captures their intensity with minimal takes and no overdubs, replicating the power of their live performances. With loosely planned jams, band members were able to play off instinct creating a unique performance.
