Lovers And Thieves was an experimental rock band with post-hardcore and indie elements from Watertown/Wolcott, Connecticut, United States. From their Myspace bio in late 2007: "Lovers and Thieves is an Experimental Indie/Rock band based out of Connecticut that wishes to create touching, catchy, and intricate music. Started in early 2006, Lovers and Thieves consists of very young, eager, and talented friends. The band has quickly gained a great following in the New England area, and continues to write creative songs with catchy riffs and breathtaking melodies. With such influences as The Mars Volta, Moneen, and At the Drive-In, we as a band aim to put on an amazing and fun live show with nearly flawless playing and a spazzy energetic stage performance. We try and make every show a new experience for people. We just finished our first official EP at Nada Recording Studio (My Chemical Romance, Brand New, Senses Fail,etc.) and it will be available for purchase soon online and at shows."
