Love Out Loud is an American Pop band from Minneapolis MN. The band was founded in 2009 by current front man and guitarist Dillon Jones and begin as Pop/Dance project. This musical venture quickly turned into a national touring act shortly after Jones was joined by fellow musicians: Erik Bear (drums), Jake Johnson (keys/guitar), Josh Clutter (lead guitar), and later Austin Schwichtenberg (bass). Love Out Loud quickly developed a buzz across the country with their energetic live performance, and catchy vocal melodies. You may have seen Love Out Loud sharing the stage with such acts as: Switchfoot, Family Force 5, The Almost, I Am Empire, Wavorly, and Superchick. Major performances also include: mainstage Lifelight Festival, mainstage Sonshine Festival (2x), performances on all 11 days of Milwaukee’s Summerfest (world’s largest music festival), and the Underground Stage at Cornerstone Festival. With the success of their last EP “A Story Worth Telling” (Produced by Pat Brown of Sing It Loud), Love Out Loud sold over 4,000 units within the first 6 months as a self-managed unsigned band. Love Out Loud has painted quite a bright future for themselves after their 1st place finish in the nationally credited Club 3Degrees Music Tournament in 2011, and recent work with producer Ben Kasica, formerly of Skillet.
