Lorna Sue, is an independant band run out of a garage in Rolling Meadows, Illinois. It all started in 2003 with an idea to form a band by guitar player Bill McGuinnes. Bill asked his brother Sean McGuinnes to play drums. Sean didn't even own a drum set at the time. On keyboards joined Jeremy Eberhard, a handsom young man with potential for greatness. Joining on lead guitar and vocals was Brian Krock, along with his twin brother Mitchell Krock on bass guitar. The band was called Advent, and the writing process began. In late 2004 Mitchell left the band due to stylistic differences. Brian asked Ian Zamost, a bass player who had recently become available, to fill in on bass. A sure fit, Ian became a permanent member. The band then took a more mature approach in song writing, changed their name to Lorna Sue, and began experimenting with various styles of music from Heavy Metal to Jazz. In 2006 the band recorded their first demo "Fishwim". A five track release with varied styles presented.
