Epic percussion from Sarah Morgan accompanies Phil Watson's strong, danceable, bass driven riffs, angular piano and a vocal range that has to be heard to be believed constitute this unusual trio. They describe themselves as 'Banshee Rock', which turns out to be a mix of costumed theatrics from the band and lyrical athletics from the voguish singer, Rosie Vanier. To try for a shortcut to the band's sound, imagine Kate Bush fronting Muse, performing songs written by the Dresden Dolls. Quirky fantasy rock is here, and it's good. Piano, vocal, bass and drums.... its all you need. User-contributed text is available under the Creative Commons By-SA License; additional terms may apply.
