Let's Talk About Space is an educational music/science project by Kieran Heather and Chris McGarry which is currently touring UK schools, science centres, music venues, arts centres and even state of the art observatories with the aim of encouraging the general public, children and adults alike, to take an active interest in Astronomy and Science in general. By combining cross platform arts (live music/film/animation/spoken word) with astronomy lessons, group discussion, stunning visuals and some cutting edge technology (SolarWalk/StarWalk) they're able to evoke a sense of wonder, creating a fun and interactive environment which the audience can relate to and so become participants, ultimately dispelling any myth that science is boring and an exclusive members only club.
